Vancouver, Washington, Aidapak Services, LLC is conducting a nationwide voluntary recall to Hospital Inpatient Pharmacies for the products listed on the company’s website. The firm voluntarily recalled these products after learning of the potential cross contamination of non-penicillin drug products repackaged in the same facility.
